From May 27th to June 2nd, there are 53 A380-operated routes globally with Emirates, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Qantas, China Southern, and Korean Air. According to ch-aviation, these carriers have 87 active double-deckers. Here's where they're flying.
53 routes this week: a summary
Significantly, the 53 airport pairs include five that will shift to the A380 on June 1st: Dubai to Seoul and Washington Dulles with Emirates, London Heathrow to Chicago and Vancouver with British Airways, and Doha to Sydney with Qatar Airways.
As you'd expect, Emirates has far more routes than all the other carriers combined. The breakdown is as follows:
- Emirates: 34 A380 routes May 27th-June 2nd (see below)
- Singapore Airlines: 6 (see below)
- British Airways: 6
- Qatar Airways: 4
- Qantas: 1
- China Southern: 1
- Korean Air: 1
Emirates and Singapore Airlines have one-stop services: Dubai to Milan and onto JFK, and Singapore to Frankfurt and onto JFK. As Milan-JFK and Frankfurt-JFK have fifth-freedom traffic rights, they're treated as separate routes.

A380 routes with less than 1 daily flight
Five of the 11 routes listed below switch to the A380 this week, that's why the number of flights is so low. Had I looked at next week instead, they'd all be once-daily. Others, like Emirates' five-weekly Toronto services, are the consequence of traffic rights, while still others, especially involving China, are limited by pandemic restrictions.
Qantas' Sydney-Los Angeles service isn't once-daily as on May 31st QF11 is operated by the B787-9 rather than the A380.
- Qantas: Sydney to Los Angeles, 6 weekly A380 flights May 27th-June 2nd
- Emirates: Dubai to Bangkok, 5 weekly
