ANA Launches An Upgraded Dining Menu In Its Tokyo Lounges

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has revealed a new set meal service available at its ANA SUITE LOUNGE facilities at Tokyo Haneda Airport and Tokyo Narita Airport. Meals can be ordered through mobile devices, with both Japanese and Western fare available.

All Nippon Airways has launched a new set menu for its airport lounges in Tokyo called "SUITE DINING." From April 27th, the new menu will offer set meals to complement its existing buffet and noodle menu.

ANA said,

"The "SUITE DINING" menu will be served on a single tray, offering Japanese and Western breakfast until 11:00 AM, and Japanese and Western lunch and dinner from 11:00 AM. The new set menu will offer more contactless service options for our customers."

The Japanese menu offers a grilled salmon set meal for breakfast and sushi after 11:00 AM. The Western menu offers a scrambled eggs breakfast and serves beef hamburgers with vegetables after 11:00 AM.

This set menu will be available from April 27th to August 31st, with ANA's other culinary offerings still available. The airline will switch up its set menu from season to season.

ANA will also offer an all-day meat-free plant-based healthy cutlet burger which has previously appeared on its in-flight snack menu.

Tomoji Ishii, Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Management & Planning of ANA, said,

"We will continue to cater to the various preferences and dietary needs of all customers while expanding the scope of stress-free and contactless service options."

The new set menu will be available in the airline's ANA SUITE LOUNGE at both Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND) and Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT). The lounge at HND can be found in Terminal 3 and opens at 05:00 AM, while the NRT lounge is located in Satellite No.5 and opens at 07:00 AM.

Contactless dining

As we saw with many establishments during the COVID pandemic, ANA's new set menu will allow contactless dining to ensure a seamless and hygienic dining experience.

Set meals will be served on a single tray and can be ordered through your mobile. Customers will scan a barcode at their table to access the menu before placing their order.

Tomoji Ishii added,

"We hope our new dining experience at ANA lounges will add reassurance to our customers by extending ANA's contactless experiences."

Award-winning airline

ANA has received SKYTRAX's 5-Star rating every year since 2013, becoming the only Japanese airline to win this award for nine consecutive years.

The Japanese carrier also received the top SKYTRAX rating for its COVID-related safety protocols. In 2021, ANA was awarded a 5-star COVID-19 safety rating, "recognizing the airline's initiatives to provide a safe, clean and hygienic environment at airports and aboard aircraft."

The airline recently delayed the Airbus A380's return to service until at least July after sidelining the aircraft for most of the pandemic.
