Why do you love aviation?
I started out as cabin crew with British Airways in 2000 and fell in love with the industry. I then moved into the world of private jets eventually leading to working as Head of Cabin Crew and Cabin Safety Focal Point. I care very much about my industry and try to keep the standards high.
What is your favourite aircraft and why?
Just one? I have a few... I liked working on the Boeing 767 and the Boeing 747 the most in commercial flying. The 747 is just incredible, you always knew you were going somewhere far away. In private jets, I like the Global 5000 and Challenger 850 the most as they have large galleys and are comfortable to work on.
What is your industry focus?
I love writing about anything aviation but especially cabin crew related. After studying human factors in aviation at university, I found that I was intrigued by aircraft accidents and found myself exploring them from the cabin crew side. This is my niche now and those are some of my favourite work.
