German charter airline Condor has partnered with Greece's SKY Express to offer customers new and exciting Greek destinations for summer 2022. In a statement released on January 21, 2022, Neu Isenburg-headquartered Condor will offer 17 nonstop connections to the popular vacation destinations in the Mediterranean.

With its partnership with SKY Express, Condor, customers will be able to connect to an additional 11 Greek destinations effortlessly. Starting from July 2022, Condor customers will be able to connect via Athens, Rhodes, Corfu, and Heraklion to the popular beach destinations of Naxos, Paros, and Mytilini.

For summer 2022, Condor will fly to Greece from the following German airports:

  • Berlin Brandenburg Airport Willy Brandt Airport (BER)
  • Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS)
  • Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
  • Hamburg Airport (HAM)
  • Munich International Airport (MUC)
  • Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ)

When speaking about the partnership with Greece's SKY Express in the company statement, Condor CEO Ralf Teckentrup said:

"Together with SKY express, Condor offers its passengers an uncomplicated onward journey to the most beautiful destinations in Greece, enabling flexible travel planning. We are thus not only expanding our route network but also offering guests the opportunity to discover the diversity of the country for themselves."

In reply to Ralf Teckentrup's comments Commercial Director of SKY Express Yiannis Lidakis said:

"We would like to thank Condor for their cooperation with us. We continue our ongoing efforts, and this gives us the opportunity to enter further new collaborations with important airlines in our region. This cooperation strengthens our strategy. Our main goal is to offer more opportunities to our passengers, but also to strengthen the potential of our country as a dynamic travel destination."

In other Condor-related news, Germany's favorite leisure airline says that for the 2022 summer, it is increasing its number of flights to the popular holiday island of Mallorca. Condor will offer 125 flights a week to Palma de Mallorca and, for the first time, introduce flights from the following airports:

  • Airport Nürnberg (NUE)
  • Bodensee Airport Friedrichshafen (FDH)
  • Vienna International Airport (VIE)
