Los Angeles to Veracruz, Mexico, business class for $550

Where better to head for a summer break than the wonderful diversity of Veracruz? Peppered with historic cities, world-class museums and some of the most beautiful landscapes in Mexico, this is a top choice for two weeks of joy. Departing August 16th, this deal will see you in business class all the way for just $550.

Aeromexico’s Boeing 787 will deliver you from LAX to Mexico City (MEX) in lie flat comfort. Clase Premier is a 1-2-1 layout cabin, with fully lie flat seats and plenty of privacy to boot. Passengers can enjoy a more personalized service and an exclusive menu of chef-created food for the four hour trip over the border.

Once in Mexico, the final hop to Veracruz is on board an Aeromexico E190. For a November getaway, this is an incredible deal that will see you in lie flat comfort on Delta’s Boeing 767 as you head down south to the forgotten island of San Andrés, Colombia. It’s the most beautiful place you’ve never heard of, and this deal will get you there for under $1,000.

Departing from Newark on November 1st, the first leg of the trip will be to Atlanta onboard Delta’s Boeing 737. Here, you’ll connect on to the Boeing 767 widebody for the five-hour trip down to Bogota. Finally, LATAM will hop you across to the wonderful island of San Andrés. The return is on November 8th, giving you a lovely week in the San Andrés sun just when you need it most.

Economy standout: Atlanta to Santiago de Chile just $350

We don’t normally post economy deals in this feature, but this was too good to keep to ourselves! This hot fare will find you in the skies for more than 10 hours, wending your way from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson to Arturo Merino Benitez Airport in Santiago de Chile! The price is amazing – just $356.

The participating airline is Copa, the Panamanian carrier that has been called ‘the king of connections’. Both legs are on its Boeing 737, with seats offering 31 inches of pitch in economy. All seats come with Copa Showpass, the airline’s newest inflight entertainment system, which allows passengers to enjoy movies, TV shows, music, and literature on their own devices.

Outbound flights depart ATL on March 7th, 2023, stopping in Tocumen airport in Panama before heading on to SCL. The return is on March 14th, allowing for a seven-night break in Chile.

The city of Santiago is a stunning place to spend time, with many museums and cultural sites to expand your understanding of the country and its people.
