Emirates has unveiled its new Thanksgiving menus on flights from Dubai to the US. The airline will also treat its lounge customers to a special menu all this week. Let's take a look at Emirates' new menu...

Festive menu to celebrate Thanksgiving

As Americans gear up to celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, Emirates will treat its US passengers to a suitably-themed menu. The Dubai-based carrier will roll out its Thanksgiving menu to all passenger classes between the 24th and 26th of November on flights to and from the US. Additionally, Emirates customers in US lounges can look forward to a seasonal menu from the 18th to the 25th of November.

The airline's previous Thanksgiving offerings went down a hit with passengers, so it has decided for more of the same in 2022. Emirates is known for rolling out seasonal menus around global celebrations and holidays, including Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Valentine's Day, and the Lunar New Year.

What's on the menu?

The carrier will serve up a mouth-watering Thanksgiving-themed meal for its first and business class passengers. Its premium menu will offer "traditional Thanksgiving roasted turkey, served with cranberry jus lié, mashed sweet potatoes, blanched broccolini, paprika potato wedges and honey-glazed pumpkin with crushed pecans."

Dessert offerings are just as luxurious, with first class passengers served up chocolate mousse cake with cherry compote and Chantilly cream, while business travelers can gorge on pecan tart with passion fruit cream, chocolate sauce, and crème anglaise. For economy travelers, a meal consisting of roasted turkey and cranberry jus lié, chestnut roulade, green peas, and mashed parsnip with carrots awaits.
