A Royal Air Maroc Miami flight would potentially be operated by the carrier’s Boeing 787 and leave from Casablanca to Miami. If authorized, the flights would commence from April 2019. The marketing of the new route is planned to begin as soon as authorization is acquired from the government. Launching the flight should not be a problem as both the U.S. and Morocco are part of the Open Skies agreement and flight to the US by Royal Air Maroc have been active for a number of years and the company has experience in the market.
Royal Air Maroc’s Furthest Route to North America
A flight service between Miami and Casablanca covers 4,321 miles and would be the longest flight covered by the carrier into North America. If the Boeing 787 is used for the flight as planned its customer experience is likely to be quite similar to the one from Doha to Casablanca. The 787 business class provided by the carrier includes flatbeds, quality customer service, and a top cuisine. On top of that, Royal Air Maroc offers excellent award availability and have received a number of positive reviews for mile redeeming. Overall, if approved, the flight to Miami is bound to be successful and drastically increase the carrier’s stability on the aviation market, making it more attractive for a wider range of customers.
